About Steve
Steve David, MD is a retired Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon (ABOS) with a subspecialty in Spinal Surgery. Steve was educated at the University of Western Ontario, University of Toronto School of Medicine, Carolinas Healthcare System Orthopedic Residency, Winkler Research Fellowship and the University of Wisconsin Fellowship in Spinal Surgery.
Steve has significant experience in high stakes environments and has participated in a variety of director, advisory, consultative and educator leadership roles and has published award winning peer reviewed scientific research papers during his career. CV available by request.
Steve lives in Asheville, North Carolina, with his wife, Sherry.
His Mission is to collaborate with others to advance educational awareness by integrating traditional academic knowledge with evidence-based, specialized esoteric knowledge and experiential learning. Grounded in modern interdisciplinary science, this approach fosters leaders’ neurobiological growth to effectively address today’s significant and complex challenges.

Benefitting clients from a comprehensive background of research, biology, psychology, education as a physician, scientist, and being a wife, parent, spouse, sister, and friend, Sherry David is an experienced, certified expert in transformational applied skills and experiences for people to learn and apply the most powerful combination of Leadership skills available.
Sherry lives with her husband, Steve, in Asheville, North Carolina. As the mother of two grown children, she deeply understands life’s transitions and the joy of watching others grow and thrive.
Sherry David, MD was educated at Emory University and Emory University School of Medicine and retired from medicine to raise their children.
Sherry’s Mission is to help others lead themselves and positively impact those around them through their jobs, careers, organizations, personal relationships, and leadership. This applied education stands alone in efficiency, scope, and power.
